Yes — producer COA with REO purity and impurity profile (ICP). Third-party assay (SGS, CTI) can be arranged at cost.

Are rare earths export-controlled?

Some rare-earth products fall under China's export-licence regime and Korea's strategic-items rules. We confirm licence status before quoting and only ship with proper documentation.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

FOB China port, CIF Busan/Incheon, or DAP for Korean buyers. Other destinations on request.

Every enquiry is screened before quotation: strategic-items self-classification (Korea YESTRADE) and buyer screening against the U.S. Consolidated Screening List and UN/EU sanctions lists. We do not quote sanctioned parties, military end-users or embargoed destinations.
Materials ship with mill/producer certificates of analysis (ICP-MS/GDMS as applicable). Samples are available for independent third-party assay before volume orders.
Semiconductor finished goods are sourced on a demand basis from authorised Chinese producers and distributors only — no EOL brokerage, no unverified stock. Sample lots are verified before shipment.
