Yttrium oxide is the workhorse material for plasma-resistant coatings inside semiconductor etch and deposition chambers, for yttria-stabilised zirconia (YSZ) ceramics, and for phosphors and YAG laser crystals. We supply 4N and 5N Y₂O₃ from Chinese producers with ICP impurity certificates.

For semiconductor coating customers we can supply spray-grade granulated Y₂O₃ (spherical, 10–50 µm) and Y₂O₃-based composite powders (YOF, Y-Al) to specification.
